1. Introduction and Vision

1. 1.1. The G300 Entrepreneurship Club is dedicated to empowering hardworking individuals to achieve their entrepreneurial aspirations and thrive in the current economy.
2. 1.2. Our mission is to provide members with robust training, development programs, and a rewarding affiliate earning system to help them fulfill their potential.
3. 1.3. The G300 program is structured into two platforms:-
   • Startup Platform: Focused on foundational training and initial earning opportunities. -
   • Masters Platform: Advanced training and higher earning potential.

2. Membership Eligibility.

1. 2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to join the G300 Entrepreneurship Club. 2.2. You must have a business idea or an existing business. If you do not have one, the club will assist you in selecting a suitable business idea.
2. 2.3. You must agree to abide by all the rules, regulations, and policies outlined in this agreement.

3. Registration and Membership Fees.

1. 3.1. To become a member, you must first apply for registration by paying a non-refundable registration fee of ₦3,000.
2. 3.2. Upon successful registration, you will receive a unique membership ID and account code.
3. 3.3. After receiving your membership ID, you must pay the membership subscription fee as follows:- ₦72,000 for regular members. ₦36,000 for students.
4. 3.4. The membership subscription fee can be paid in instalments weekly, monthly, quarterly, or as a single payment.
5. 3.5. Membership benefits are valid for 24 months from the date of your first subscription payment.

4. Payment Terms.

1. 4.1. Weekly payments must be made before 11:59 PM every Friday.
4.2. Monthly payments must be made before 11:59 PM on the last day of the month. 4.3. Failure to make payments on time will result in the forfeiture of bonus credit units for that payment period. 4.4. If you fail to begin payment within five (5) days of receiving your membership ID code, your account will be deactivated. To reactivate your account, you will need to pay another registration fee of ₦3,000.

5. Membership Benefits.

As a member of the G300 Entrepreneurship Club, you are entitled to the following benefits:
1. 5.1. The G300 Course (Startup Platform).
2. 5.2. The Life Mastery Course (Masters Platform).
3. 5.3. Inclusion in the Auto-Affiliate Program.
4. 5.4. Access to business ideas and opportunities.
5. 5.5. Free attendance at G300 events.
6. 5.6. Free foodstuff and groceries (subject to eligibility).
7. 5.7. Networking opportunities with fellow entrepreneurs.
8. 5.8. Access to mentors and business leaders.
9. 5.9. Free consultation services.
10. 5.10. A free copy of the monthly G300 newsletter.

6. Startup Platform

1. 6.1. Upon confirmation of your membership, a virtual account will be created for you in the G300 system.
2. 6.2. Bonus credit units will be credited to your account for every on-time subscription payment.
3. 6.3. You will also receive 10,000 credit units for every member you refer. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
4. 6.4. After 12 months of membership, you should have accumulated a minimum of 72,000 bonus credit units. You will be eligible to cash out ₦70,000 and receive foodstuff and groceries worth ₦25,000.
5. 6.5. If you refer 5 members within 40 days, your cash-out period will be reduced to 6 months. You will cash out N140,000 and receive foodstuff and groceries worth ₦25,000.* ( the new members must have completed their payments )
6. 6.6. If you refer 10 members within 4 months, you will also qualify for a 6th-month cash-out with the same benefits as above.
7. 6.7. Participation in the G300 Course and attendance at events are mandatory to receive bonus credit units.

7. Masters Platform.

1. 7.1. To qualify for the Masters Platform, you must complete the Startup Platform and pay a registration fee of ₦20,000.
2. 7.2. Upon registration, your account will be credited with 20,000 credit units. 7.3. You will participate in the Life Mastery Course and the Masters Platform Affiliate Program.
3. 7.4. You will receive 10,000 credit units for every new referral.
4. 7.5. The Masters Platform has a time limit of 12 months. At the end of this period, your account will become inactive, and all available funds at that point will be paid to your bank account.

8. Termination of Membership.

1. 8.1. If you wish to terminate your membership, you will be required to pay a termination fee of ₦5,000.
2. 8.2. If you miss four (4) weekly payments or two (2) monthly payments, your account will be suspended. You will be penalized ₦5,000, and the remaining balance in your virtual account will be paid to you after deducting the penalty. If you wish to join G300, you must start afresh.
3. 8.3. If you do not have at least one active downline within six (6) months of registration, you will not be eligible for incentives such as foodstuff and groceries during cash-out. You will simply receive your bonus payments.

9. Withdrawals.

1. 9.1. You must pay a clearance fee of ₦2,000 before you can withdraw funds from your virtual account when you cash out.
2. 9.2. Withdrawals are subject to the terms and conditions of the platform you are on (Startup or Masters).

10. Next of Kin.

1. 10.1. All members are required to provide the details of a trusted next of kin.
2. 10.2. In the event of a member’s death, the next of kin will receive any refunds or benefits due to the member.

11. General Rules.

1. 11.1. The G300 Entrepreneurship Club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes.
2. 11.2. The G300 is not responsible for any mistakes made during registration.
3. 11.3. Members are expected to maintain discipline, focus, and consistency to achieve success within The G300.
4. 11.4. All members will get monthly statements of their accounts via email and WhatsApp.

12. Disclaimer.

1. 12.1. The G300 Entrepreneurship Club is not a get-rich-quick scheme. Success requires hard work, discipline, and commitment. We make no guarantees. Every member will get results in direct proportion of their input.
2. 12.2. The club is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by members outside the scope of the club’s programs.

13. Code of Ethics.

1. 13.1. Members must follow the highest standards of honesty and integrity.
2. 13.2. Members must not make negative or disparaging remarks about G300, its officers, employees, or other members.
3. 13.3. Members must present the G300 business plan accurately and honestly.
4. 13.4. Members must not engage in activities that cause loss to another member.
5. 13.5. Members must not use G300 resources to further other business interests.

14. Relationship of Members to G300.

1. 14.1. Members are independent of G300 and have no authority to bind the company to any obligations.
2. 14.2. Members are solely responsible for all self-employment taxes and any other taxes related to their G300 activities.

15. Trademarks and Marketing Materials.

1. 15.1. Members may not use the G300 trade names or trademarks without prior written permission.
2. 15.2. Any marketing materials created by members which involves the G300 must be approved by G300 before use.

16. Entire Agreement.

1. 16.1. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
2. 16.2. Any amendments to this agreement must be in writing and signed by an authorized officer of G300.
